Thank you for your opinion. I will respond to Mr. Kwiecinski’s letter in due course, however, I felt I should respond directly to you to correct the misconception that you have. While I appreciate your comment and opinion, you have focussed on the wrong issue. The intention of my comment regarding non-participation was not intended to defy democracy – but rather to ensure prompt participation – which it did.

On the other hand, I know from my experience with the Czech Republic, that you in your Federation would never accept someone claiming to represent your Federation without the authority of the organization. Consequently, as you will see in my formal response to this issue, when the rules of the organization regarding technical qualifications are not followed – we run the risk of destroying the organization itself. If National Federations can simply operate how they wish to do so under the ITKF name without approval from the organization itself – we fall into a state of anarchy. From what I experienced in mediating the issue in the Czech Republic – I doubt very much that your Federation is any different in expectations that ITKF in this regard.

Dear ITKF members,

I would like to response regarding this situation in ITKF. In my humble opinion is mail-in vote with condition that non-participation in this vote will be taken as confirmation, against democratic vote.

I will never do it in our national organization, because of democracy. I've checked the list of athletes, judges and many of them are my personal friends,

who have participated recently on many ITKF/ETKF events, camps.

Future of ITKF is depended on our engaging. Don't be passive, don't be naive. Each representative of member country has right to say his opinion, at least discuss about future of ITKF.

We need to discuss a lot of things to make ITKF stronger, well organized and healthy. First step we can do soon - in Prague, during the meeting on the European tr. karate championship.

Our country is going to organize this year European traditional karate championship. Each event takes much expenses and much personal time of organizing committee.

ITKF should be proud on Poland national federation, because no so many country wants to organize any event, camp etc.. If you will be sometime in Stara Wies - japanese village,

you confirm my opinion. I have never seen so good conditions for training our karate.

Therefor I appreciate Mr. Kwiecinski a lot for his work in ITKF and he has my fully support. I don't know other person, who has done for master Nishiyama karate so much

As you see, the minutes of the meeting is close to stories for children! In a glimpse:

- First of all, the General Meeting took place on November 11, 2010, and the ITKF International Office send the Minutes to the member federations with the Speed of ... Light on September 19, 2012!

2 - They write the countries without mention the representatives of each country. (Did the ... countries be there?)

4 - In the Chairman's Report has been written: "Financial Statements were presented, discussed and approved", but no financial report accompanies the Minutes! Where the money have gone???

5 - The Legal Advice Committee is created by four layers (!!!) for a world federation without a legal status until that day and the same afterwards until to today!!! What they did before and after that General Meeting???

6 - A Marketing Committee is created to "open" an e-shop in order to "Develop and recommend a line of ITKF products"!

7 - The Budget analysis was not anything else but the "ITKF invoice politics" for dan, couches, and judges registration fees!!! No proof data for the ITKF incomes of these reasons for the past two years!!!

8 - "Qualifications, Registrations and Renewals will be a measurement of Membership participation as outlined in the Membership Criteria within the Business Plan." The result is "As much you pay, you double vote! As less you pay, you loose your voting right!"

9 - The Minutes must be accompanied by the regional Reports! NO-Report was accompanying the Minutes!

10 - The first subjects that might be discussed are the regional reports for the previous period and afterwards anything else! They took them upside down!

11 - Finally, no report from anybody for any work for the last two years was discussed, like ITKF did not exist!!!

12 - He was a little bit late, but he finally got the good idea: "$2000 each, but we accept anything you have the pleasure!!!"
