Response of Mr. Jorgensen to the previous letter!
(With Comments)

Dear Mr. Niir:

Thank you for your acknowledgement that Mr. Kwieicnski is operating outside of the Constitution of the ITKF by claiming a valid ‘Extra-ordinary General Meeting of ITKF” is being held in Poland on August 17.  Clearly, you understand the need to ensure the ITKF Constitution is adhered to by all its members.

The ITKF Constitution has a clear process for the call of an Extra-ordinary meeting.  Part of that process is the provision of sufficient notice being given to all members.  According to the ITKF Constitution two weeks is not sufficient notice for such a meeting.  Moreover, the call for an ‘Extra-ordinary Meeting’ requires a specific purpose in response to an urgency so critical as to affect the organization immediately.  What is the purpose of the meeting you propose?  Outside of the unsubstantiated personal attacks that have been made publicly by Mr. Kwieicnski, there are no “urgent” organizational issues that are adversely affecting the ITKF in a critical “emergency” manner.  The only danger to the organization at the moment is the subversive activity of non-members of ITKF and suspended members of ITKF, attacking the organization.  That will not be resolved through a Special Meeting.  In fact, the ITKF Board of Directors held a Special Meeting in accordance with its Constitution prior to suspending PZKT and invited Mr. Kwiecinski to attend - he declined, stating he was too busy with preparation of the World Cup for discussion.   This seems odd since it was clear that the organization of the event was not adhering to the policies of sanction.

The remaining business of ITKF is proceeding in a normal fashion.  To call an ‘Extra-ordinary meeting’ for discussion purposes over unsubstantiated personal attacks sets an unhealthy precedent for the organization since human behaviour will always be such that someone will have an “axe to grind” over something.  Will ITKF then have to call an “Extra-ordinary General meeting” every time someone decides to fabricate fact to serve a personal vendetta?  It is not that easy to bring the world together to meet and have a simple discussion.  While technology can be useful, it is also limiting in the number of participants.  If it was easy to bring the world together for critical meetings using technology, the United Nations would have done so years ago.

However, the final decision to call an “Extra-ordinary meeting” is not mine to make but rests with the Board as a whole, so I have forwarded your request and my response to the ITKF Board of Directors for their consideration and input.

Sincerely,

R. Jorgensen, Chairman

International Traditional Karate Federation

Not a Word about ITKF financials!

32 - Yes, I agree too that Mr. Kwiecinski  is operating outside of an non-existing Constitution of the ITKF by claiming, based on the common logic, a valid "Extra-ordinary General Meeting of ITKF" is being held in Poland on August 17.

33 - Moreover, I agree too that the call for an ‘Extra-ordinary Meeting’ requires a specific purpose in response to an urgency so critical as to affect the organization immediately. Here the specific purpose is the destruction of ITKF from its Chairman and its central Office.

34 - "The only danger to the organization at the moment is the subversive activity of non-members of ITKF and suspended members of ITKF, attacking the organization."

"Non-member" is GTKF and "suspended member" is PZKT!!! It is our honor that you delete or suspend us and we delete or suspend you!!! But you must have the ... balls (sorry, but he forces me!) to accept that we are not attacking the organization but its unable and liar Chairman!!!

Where is the money???
