If I inform the Secretary of the State of California that Nami Nishiyama and Richard Jorgensen collect 700 - 800 thousands dollars every year from abroad in the name of the "suspended" ITKF, then Nami Nishiyama will go to jail and Richard Jorgensen will be hidden in Canada!!!
