25/9/2013 - Updated List of (Official) National Federations, Members of ITKF.
On the side of "Old" or "New" ITKF"!

Any Federation, that does not answer if it is the legal national federation in its country or not, it is obvious that it is not the legal national!

As we all know now, IAKF was operating as a franchise personal business from 1975, and in 1989-1990 it refreshed its operation as ITKF, with the obligation always to pay taxes to the Franchise Tax Office of the State of California. This means that ITKF could collect money for karate teaching, for its trademark on the diplomas (for dan, instructors, judges, etc) and on the events organization (seminars, competitions, cups, championships, general meetings, etc).

Sometime ITKF stopped to pay the franchise taxes to the State of California and from January 5th, 2002, ITKF passed to the "suspended status". From the moment that ITKF passed to the "suspended status", it lost automatically the right to publish diplomas of any kind and to organize any kind of karate events. At the end of 2008, Nami Nishiyama and Richard Jorgensen found the "Hen with the golden eggs" (which did not pay taxes) and they start to collect the ... golden eggs without paying the franchise taxes! This situation is continuing until now!

So, at this time, today, ITKF with seat at the State of California, with R. Jorgensen as chairman and Nami Nishiyama as "ITKF Office", has no right to "Call for Extra-Ordinary General Meeting"!!! Not even to write ... letters!!!

But R. Jorgensen writes letters! Many letters! .............................. I wish him a speedy recovery!

2) ITKF is a world Federation with members only National Federations. (No individuals, No other organizations, etc).

3) A world federation should be run democratically, equitably and transparently.

4) ITKF belongs to its members. Neither to its chairman, nor to the “ITKF Office”, nor to its vice-president, etc.

5) In its 101 Session of 1993 the IOC recognized "Traditional Karate of ITKF" as the one of the two world sports of karate (the other is "modern karate") with its own world federation. No other "karate" and no other "Traditional Karate" of any other organization exists for IOC, even some people named afterwards some other "karate" as "traditional" in order to steal ITKF rights!!!

6) ITKF members and only them have the right to discuss, vote and decide for ITKF past, present and future. No one else!

7) Here is the List, where with click on the federation name you can see the documents proving that this federation is the sole official federation for traditional karate in its country.

8) ONLY these federations can discuss, vote and decide for the future of ITKF! No one else!

9) If ITKF Chairman and ITKF Office failed and destroyed ITKF and at this stage ITKF needs new organization, then only official national federations have the moral and legal right to discuss, vote and decide for the future of ITKF democratically, equitably and transparently! No one else!

10) If, at this stage, ITKF needs a new Statute, only official national federation-members of the former ITKF, ALL TOGETHER as founding members, democratically, equitably and transparently have the moral and legal right to discuss, vote and decide for the new Statute and any person of the administration! Everything else is INVALID!!!

It is your duty to your colleagues and your athletes to deposit documents proving that you are the official federation in your country for Traditional Karate.

I am not me who wants to know. Your colleagues from 60 countries and your athletes from your country want to know, because you never told them the truth!

Prove and protect your rights sending your probative documents to update the List of Truth!
