Dear friends

Achilli, Dan, Vodek, Romulo and Giedrius,

I'm sending you this as preliminary information because I took the obligation to organize meeting of old and new elected members of the Board to discuss calendar of activities, programs, structure of organization, constitution and office of ETKF. Up to now i didn't received any information of any ETKF national federations concerning interests to organize any European events. Right now we have fixed European ETKF Championship to be held in Prague November 8 - 10, 2013 and European Children Cup to be held in Norwich in May 24-26, 2013. I'm proposing to have our meeting in February 8 or 9 or February 16 or 17 in Milan - ETKF office. ETKF will cover travel and staying expenses. Please let me know you opinion and suggestions.  Thank you very much in advance and best regards,

Your Dr Yorga

Dear Dr Yorga,

In response to your invitation for the ETKF meeting in Milan I would like to inform you that I prefer the term February 8 or 9 because on 16 - 17 February I have already scheduled visit to Japan. I am now having rehabilitation after two surgeries of my back and foot but I hope I'll be alright by that term.   Please send to our office detailed agenda of this meeting.

By the way, I think this invitation should have also been sent to Mr. Eyal Nir (Israel) because he has been selected to the ETKF Board as well.

Sincerely,

Wlodzimierz Kwiecinski

ETKF Vice-President --

Dear Mr. Jorga and Mr. Achilli,

I am writing to you in reference to the ETKF Meeting of old and new elected members of the Board which - according to the decision made during the ETKF Congress in October 2012 - was supposed to take place until the end of 2012. There were two attempts to organize this meeting but unfortunately till now it hasn’t been organized.

Due to the fact that there are more and more alarming signals that there is a need to have serious discussion on the future of the traditional karate in Europe and all over the world, we would like to give you a proposal to organize this meeting on the occassion of the ITKF World Cup which will be held on 13-17 June 2013 in Lublin (Poland). The meeting could take place on Friday (14 June). It will be a very good opportunity because most people which will be invited for this meeting will be present in Poland at that time.

Please consider this possibility and inform our office if you accept this idea by 20 May (Monday).

We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely Yours,

Wlodzimierz Kwiecinski

ETKF Vice-President

New Era ITKF Transitional Executive Committee

Dear Gentlemen,

I am writing this e-mail regarding the postponed ETKF Meeting which - according to the decision made during the ETKF Congress in October 2012 - was supposed to take place until the end of 2012.

There were several attempt to organize the meeting but unfortunately unsuccessful – in February, May then in June during the 2013 World Cup in Lublin (Poland) which was left unanswered and later another proposal from our side at the beginning of August 2013 – also unsuccessful because of summer vacation at the office in Milan. Below is full correspondence in this matter in chronological order (from down are the earliest e-mails, going up are the recent ones).

That’s why I would like to suggest another term: 1 October 2013 (Tuesday) or 8/9/10 October (Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday). Please notify our office which date and place is the most suitable for you.

As you know the European Championship in Prague (Czech Republic) is coming in a short time at the beginning of December. However, we have not fulfilled the decision of the 2012 ETKF Congress to host the ETKF meeting during which we were supposed to discuss about the ETKF functioning and about our future. Europe is an important centre of the Traditional Karate development wordwide but it does not work properly which all of us is aware of. We have to stay united and support each other because we work for the same organization and for the same purpose.

Due to the short time left until October, I would appreciate your response until 23 September 2013 (Monday). Thank you.

Sincerely Yours,

Włodzimierz Kwieciński

Vice-President and Co-Founder

European Traditional Karate Federation
